Broken toilets,staff forgetting drinks,food was lukewarm at best,mac and cheese had no cheese, no gammon at 6pm on a Friday night, mash was tasteless, not enough meat on plate.

I had an unexpected stay overnight nearby, so popped in for an impromptu, Toby Carvery.
The atmosphere was electric, the assistance and service was absolutely perfect, and the food was pretty good. It was maybe a bit cold, but good anyway. Next time I'm in the area.

My granddaughter had a great experience in fuzzy ed's. Would highly recommend it to all parents/grandparents. Eoghann was very helpful at reception making us feel very welcome.

Staff seemed very nice but a little rushed/understaffed making things a little slower.
Carvery food was great but carving chef didnt seem to happy, my partner ordered the roast dinner sandwich and found it a bit dry but then realised afterward it was meant to come with gravy whoch was not provided and the pigs in blanket also wasent given on plate. By this point we accepted it as the meal was already finished but had those items been given as they should be the meal may have been improved and more enjoyable so would recommend staff to ensure they are providing all items in the future.
All in all a good visit though and we will return.

Had a really good Sunday lunch here
Roast beef .pork .turkey. Gammon and lamb roast spuds carots parsnip cabbage. cauliflower. peas.brussles yourkshre puds excellent value for money.

Went for Sunday lunch again and was disappointed.
The cheff was frightened to give us any meat she cut it thinner than you would get on a deli counter .
Veg looked shrivelled patoaties looked black wasn't enjoyable.

The carvery was noncence
The lady on the carvery had never cut meat before in her life
I had turkey and beef I got 2 small pieces of Turkey small pieces of beef due to her bad carving my wife was the same issues
The lady never spoke not a word was said ie afternoon your meal nothing
The veg had been on the hot plate for longer than it should have been without been refreshed the mash potatoe was like cement could not get it off the serving spoon
Gravy was warm so out of 10 I would give you a very generous 2

Service is very poor banging and crashing around getting the breakfast stuff out for the next day while you’re eating your meal Customers having conversations on their speakerphone, Yorkshire puddings full of oil food very dry not much choice the place looks tired and rundown

Went for carvery lunch.greeting and shown to table promptly and soft drinks order given.approached carvery counter and after several minutes wait chef arrived and served our meat and helped ourselves to vegetables.arrived back at table food was tepid/ cold .waitress took food away .no apolige given just told to go bsck to carvery and take snother serving did not see point in this as next.meal would still hsve been same .drank soft drink paid and left disappointed.

A nice carvery dinner on a Monday evening. A good server as well. Decor looks a little shabby bit quality of food was good. Very nice slightly spiced Apple Pie.

I'm lost for words never seen anything like it service was terrible tea and coffee were cold portions of meat from carvery were tiny and cold the only thing that was hot briefly was the gravy got to be the worst place I've ever eaten used to be really good couple years ago but would never go back after today 19/1/25

Fuzzy eds softplay was brilliant - really glad we came. You can have your meal while the little ones can run around and let off some steam.

Booked a table and when we arrived we had to find our own seats and then clear our own table before sitting down, server had open wounds on hands with no plasters on, had a table of 11 and no one was happy with the food, all cold and undercooked.

Wouldn’t trust the reviews on here, we were offered a discount to leave a good review before we have even had food, cutlery not clean and staff has bad attitudes, food was horrendous, meat was just fat

So the service would be a 5 star if the chefs had less of an attitude about them.

Carvery choice was good but luke warm. No steam rising.
Yorkshire pudding club wrap could do with more Mayo.
Asked server for some more but it didn't arrive.
Mac n cheese needs more flavour, quite bland.
Server was polite and friendly. Lovely clean space to catchup with family.
Had a good time. Just small things that prevented 5 stars in all areas.
